El Septimo Cognac completed the first-ever cask finish with an ex-wine cask from the Bordeaux Margaux wine region supplied by Château Desmirail, a famous Grand Cru Classé in 1855. This cognac is the result of the close pioneering on innovative cask maturation employing a cask from one of the most revered wine region in the world.
NOSE: Vibrant oak spice and candied fruits.
PALATE: Warm pastry crème and sweet toasted grain with bold ginger spices, merging into crisp vanilla tastes.
FINISH: Rich desert wine lingering into toasted macadamia nuts, with a long simmering taste of custard and dark honey.
