NOSE: Wild flower blossom with hints of pears, lime and ginger.
PALATE: Light oak and toasted bread with complex flavors of cream custard, coffee and vanilla.
FINISH: The finish is a combination of citrus fruits with orange marmalade spices, ending with a really soft cookie dough sweet finish.
