This ‘single cask’ 2007 Borderies was selected by El Septimo Cognac for its surprising characteristics of stone fruits and complex aromas of vanilla.  A rare cognac, crafted in very exclusive and limited quantity, resulting in great, smooth flavors.

NOSE: Fragrance of a baked apples, with peach and ginger spices.

PALATE: Sweet candied stone fruits, like peach and apricot, very unctuous and syrupy, but medium-bodied in texture, with hints of vanilla.

FINISH: Long wood and ginger spices with oily textures, and lingering facets of banana flambé.

PROFILE: Bright stone fruits & mature vanilla.
